When Yorkshire Bank Financial Services closed in 2013, Tony and his colleague Malcolm formed T&M Financial Planning Limited. They invited a selected number of long standing clients to join T & M, humbly all of which came.
Tony and Malcolm have worked together for 27 years. The clients at T&M Financial Planning are mainly from referrals and direct dealings with both Tony and Malcolm.
The model of T & M Financial Planning is to provide high quality ongoing management of existing clients funds and a more personal service that would be able to be provided under a large national organisation.

Tony has over 30 years of experience dealing and advising clients. He started working in Financial Services in 1987 working for Cannon Lincoln, leaving to manage the financial services for a Local Estate Agents( McDonalds ) arranging Mortgage Life Cover.
Tony later went to work for Yorkshire Bank as a Senior Financial Planning Manager for over 20 years looking after high net worth clients advising on Investments, Pensions, IHT Planning, Life cover and School fees etc. until Yorkshire Bank closed the Financial Services part of their business in June 2013.

Malcolm left Hutton Grammar School in 1982 and joined Natwest Bank, where he undertook all initial roles until ending traditional banking as acting Assistant Branch Accountant in Longridge in 1988
In 1988, Malcolm successfully applied to become one of the first Independent Financial Advisors in Natwest who had previously referred investment and pensions business to external brokers
In 1991 Malcolm was promoted to Corporate Pensions Manager for North Lancashire dealing with the banks larger corporate clients, he left in 1994 when Natwest ended providing Independent Advice and joined Yorkshire Bank.
Malcolm was promoted at Yorkshire bank to Area manager and ran teams which covered one third of Yorkshire Bank responsible for recruitment, sales income and compliance, reporting directly to Head of Financial Services and worked there until 2013 when Yorkshire Bank stopped providing Financial Services.
